If your credit card has been charged for a booking and the booking is canceled because of incorrect information provided by a Third Party Supplier, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge for that booking. In the event TAP Vacations corrects any pricing errors on pending reservations made on the Website under an incorrect price, you will have the opportunity to keep your pending reservation at the correct price, or, at your own option, you may cancel your reservation without penalty.

Terms and Conditions Locations and travel dates are subject to package availability, and reservation requests are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Package price covers accommodations and specifically does not cover costs associated with travel and additional expenses that might be incurred. Price does not include resort taxes and fees. The offer may not be combined with another promotional discount or coupon. This promotional offer is void where prohibited by law. Package and Extra Night Pricing is based in U.S. Dollars (USD).


Refundable Services
All payments and services provided by TAP Vacations are only refundable within seventy-two hours of initial purchase. Once payments are made, including the deposit and the remaining balance, they are not subject to refunds after the initial seventy-two-hour period has expired.


Change of Travel Dates
Clients have the right to change the travel dates within the same package. To do so, the Client must contact TAP Vacations' support team via phone, or email. A $49 fee will be charged for any date changes, and this fee must be paid before the new booking is confirmed.
